Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing operational strategies. Your responsibilities will include supervising teams, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a competitive store environment.

$24.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities for team development.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure product quality and proper merchandising.
Job Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in retail management is preferred.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
