Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will assist with supervising daily store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies to enhance store performance. As an integral part of the team, you will contribute to training initiatives and maintain a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product quality, and store cleanliness.
• Supervise team operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
