Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and implementing action plans to drive operational excellence.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to improve store operating results.
• Set job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and values, fostering teamwork.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for product selection.
• Participate in the hiring process and communicate effectively with the team.
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
