As an Assistant Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, developing and implementing action plans to improve performance, managing schedules, and fostering a positive working environment.

• Identify training opportunities to support team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards and merchandise products effectively.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
