We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and efficient stocking of products.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
