Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. mindset and competencies.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Follow cleaning standards and company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
