Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
  • Work independently and within a team
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and handle multiple tasks

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
