Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your contribution will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers while working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
