Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly.
  • Assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Efficient cashiering and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
