Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and operational issues to the management team.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies while safeguarding document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver timely and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Compliance with state regulations for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • A blend of education and experience equivalent to the requirements.
