Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and operational issues to the management team.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies while safeguarding document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver timely and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Compliance with state regulations for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- A blend of education and experience equivalent to the requirements.
