Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
