Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to ensure a positive and efficient shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, process customer purchases, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
