Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold store standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent for the role.
