Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring that the store is well-organized and clean. This role involves collaborating with team members, following company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
