Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
