Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
