Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding patient care and advocacy.
- Work collaboratively with the patient care team.
- Participate in mentor programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout treatments.
Requirements
- Active dental hygienist license in MN.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care.
- CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
- New graduates or experienced professionals welcome.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and x-rays.
- Passion for ongoing learning and patient care.
- Ability to meet clinical needs as required.
Physical Requirements
- Comfort with prolonged standing and sitting.
- Capability to lift up to 45 pounds when needed.
- Availability for periodic in-person or virtual training sessions.
