Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and organized Dispatcher to join our team at RICH TRANSPORT LLC. As a vital part of the Dispatch department, you will be responsible for handling dispatch calls, managing driver boards, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your role will involve entering critical information, communicating with drivers and various departments, and maintaining a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter Bill of Lading details, ETAs, and PTAs accurately on a daily basis.
• Notify relevant departments promptly about any delays.
• Collaborate with driver managers and assist when necessary.
• Track company truck mileages weekly.
• Monitor driver hours to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain clear communication with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the McLeod database.
• Experience in building manifests and load splitting.
