We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the ALDI team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the store's success. You will be responsible for implementing action plans to improve performance, training and developing the team, maintaining inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
