Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store areas, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security and confidentiality, and fulfill assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
