Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to ensure a visually appealing store layout.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and performing general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and enhancing their shopping experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and security of store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in operating store equipment and machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
