We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks following ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Adherence to company policies, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
