Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. With an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, this position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
