Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, cleaning, and collaborating with the team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Understanding and application of company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
