Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of general cleaning tasks and following company guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
