Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. The position is full-time, averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
