Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain store cleanliness

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Work with equipment and follow safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
