Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and merchandise stocking duties with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and security.
• Participate in inventory management processes to maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
