Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to company cash-handling policies.
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
