Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the ALDI team to maintain a top-notch store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during shopping
• Stock shelves, handle customer purchases, and maintain product displays
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies for loss prevention

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
