Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
