Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, the products are stocked, and customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash policies and adhere to company procedures

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and stock merchandise, perform various tasks around the store, and maintain a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Effective customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
