Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) daily.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Assist in inventory management and operational tasks to support store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
