Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Execute general cleaning tasks according to company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is desirable
