Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store maintenance. Enhance customer shopping experiences by providing exceptional service and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours/week
• Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI corporate values and competencies.
• Process customer purchases, tidy displays, and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with the management team.
• Conduct inventory checks and report issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies.
• Observe company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Customer service expertise and cash register skills.
• Proficiency in operating equipment and following protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
