Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store appearance, merchandising products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with the team
• Report product issues and assist with inventory management
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
