Job Description:

Join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate and be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Type:

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process purchases, stock shelves, provide customer service
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies

Qualifications:

• 18 years old or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
