Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and management, uphold company policies, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and support customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
