Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with your team and providing exceptional customer service will be integral to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational aspects.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.
• Participate in inventory management and accuracy checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
