Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include merchandising, cashiering, and collaborating with the ALDI team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Proficiency in cash register operation
- Experience in retail and knowledge of store equipment usage preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience is a plus
