Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
