Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store appearance by merchandising, stocking products, and performing cashier duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
• Work with team members to communicate effectively and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, handle inventory accurately, and ensure a secure store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience desirable.
