Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. You'll work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
