Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping, communicating effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness and following company policies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience.
