Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will maintain a clean and inviting store environment while assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
