Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to interpret and apply company procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma preferred, with retail experience beneficial.
