Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professional skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory.
- Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
Educational Background and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
