Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, cashiering, and providing top-notch customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively within the team and to store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure security, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cashier duties and operating store equipment.
• Capable of physical tasks including stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
