Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves, handle customer purchases, and perform general cleaning tasks
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Meet local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
