As an Entry Level Store Associate, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to stock merchandise, operate the cashier, and contribute to the overall store operations.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Help monitor inventory and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
